Hey there 👋 I’m glad you’re here.

Whether you’re navigating challenges in your relationship or feeling stuck in your own life, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s beneath the surface. I’m a person-centered therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and couples build deeper, more meaningful relationships—both with themselves and with the people they love.   

 

My approach is both compassionate and intentional. I prioritize attuning to your nervous system—meeting you where you are—while also offering gentle challenges that support meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and goals.

 

If it feels important to you, I also welcome conversations around faith and spirituality. Whether you’re working through religious trauma, reconnecting with your beliefs, or wanting to integrate your Christian faith into therapy, I provide a respectful and supportive space for that exploration.

 

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens in safe, connected relationships, where everyone feels heard and known. My hope is to help you experience greater clarity, deeper connection, and a more grounded sense of self—so you can move forward with intention and wholeness.
