At this time, I only offer online counseling, coaching, and consulting services designed to support healing, provide guidance, and foster meaningful personal growth—both within yourself and in your relationships. I work with clients around the globe. For clinical counseling I am currently a licensed clinician in Missouri and Texas, with licensure in Kansas and Florida-in person, coming soon!
Sessions are 50 minutes long, creating a consistent and focused space for your care. If you feel like you need a little more time, extended sessions are available for an additional cost—these are often especially helpful for couples work.
Here’s a simple breakdown of session fees:
Individual Sessions: $125 per 50-minute session
Couples Sessions: $150 per 50-minute session
Family Sessions: $175 per 50-minute session
We can always talk together about what format and pacing feel best for you and your needs.
The first couple of sessions are a gentle space for us to get to know one another and see how it feels to work together. I believe you will know if the connection feels right or not, and you can trust how you feel. Finding the right connection in a therapist is so important. If the connection doesn't feel right, that’s completely okay—I’ll gladly help by giving you some referrals to other therapists so you can find who feels right for you!
We typically begin therapy with weekly sessions to gently build a strong foundation, allowing us to get to know one another and create meaningful momentum in your work. This initial frequency helps establish trust and consistency, which are essential for effective therapy. Throughout the process, we regularly check in to assess what feels most supportive for you. Together, we determine whether it makes sense to continue on a weekly basis, transition to bi-weekly sessions, or adopt another rhythm that best suits your needs and goals. This flexible approach ensures your therapy experience remains personalized and responsive to your progress.
No, I don't accept insurance. By opting out of insurance, we can prioritize your care by greatly enhancing privacy—no mandatory diagnosis is required, which is often a stipulation of insurance companies at the first session. Without the restrictions and mandates of insurance, I have the freedom to offer truly personalized treatment tailored to your specific needs. This approach allows me to deliver superior quality care, solely focused on your well-being and ensuring every session is crafted specifically for you. Choosing to not accept insurance means receiving dedicated, attentive therapy free from insurance constraints, ultimately giving you the best possible support, which I am dedicated to providing.
The olive branch in our logo represents peace, hope, and healing. The olive tree is one of the most resilient and enduring trees—it continues to grow and produce life-sustaining oil even when pressed on all sides. Like the tree, people have the capacity to endure challenges, transform pressure into strength, and cultivate growth and renewal in their lives. The olive branch means so much to Erin personally that she even has a tattoo of it, serving as a daily reminder that even in difficult seasons, healing, resilience, and that new beginnings are always possible.
My style of therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I believe the connection we build is the foundation for meaningful change, so I show up with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood. Many of my clients tell me this is the first time they’ve felt genuinely cared for in therapy.
Together, we’ll explore patterns, deepen self-awareness, grow spiritually if desired and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you. I gently offer honest reflections and challenges when helpful, always with care and respect. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, blending insight with practical clinical tools to support lasting growth and change. I want nothing more than for you to live the life that your heart longs for and I'll stand beside you, doing all I can to help you reach it!
Therapy/counseling is a clinical space for healing, self-exploration, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself while working through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relationship concerns, and any other mental health/interpersonal difficulties. These services are provided by a licensed clinician in the state where you reside. Through therapy, you can identify patterns, process emotions, and develop coping strategies, all within a supportive environment grounded in evidence-based approaches. Erin is licensed in Missouri, Texas, soon to be Kansas and Florida.
Coaching is a collaborative and goal-focused process that helps you move forward in areas of your life that matter most to you. It emphasizes building on your strengths, gaining clarity, and taking practical steps toward your goals. While it can be supportive and reflective, coaching does not address clinical mental health concerns or replace therapy. Instead, it focuses on growth, accountability, and creating meaningful change in a structured and supportive way. Erin is able to provide coaching in all states, and across the globe.
The advantage of working with Erin, being a licensed professional, it gives you an added advantage: you get someone who not only guides you toward your goals but also brings professional clinical training to recognize underlying patterns, mental health considerations, and emotional complexities. This ensures that your mental health journey is safe, informed, and tailored to support both your growth and your well-being. Many people find that combining counseling and coaching creates the best results—you can heal and grow at the same time, with support that truly meets your needs.
You’ll know therapy is working when you start to notice changes in how you feel, think, and relate to yourself and others. This can show up as:
Feeling more understood, supported, and less alone with your challenges
Gaining insight into patterns, thoughts, and behaviors
Developing practical tools to cope with stress, conflict, or emotions
Experiencing improved relationships and greater confidence in your decisions
Progress isn’t always linear, or an upward process—some weeks may feel harder than others—but regular check-ins with your therapist help track growth, adjust goals, and celebrate even small steps forward.
Erin creates a collaborative treatment plan with you, so you’ll have clear goals and can track your progress every step of the way, she will review it quarterly with you as well. Progress is usually gradual, but over time you’ll feel more empowered, resilient, and understand yourself and your relationships in a much deeper, more meaningful and healthy way.
If you feel ready to begin counseling, go to the "Connect" tab at the top of the page and fill out the information, then Erin will get back with you to schedule your first session as soon as she can. This initial session is a chance to get to know one another, share your goals, and start building a plan that’s tailored to your needs. From there, you can begin the process of healing, growth, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
